Housing

Housing

We offer two types of housing:

Many of our services are based in shared houses, where residents have their own private bedroom or apartment.

Our homes are situated in residential areas, close to local amenities, leisure facilities, and employment opportunities. They provide a safe, comfortable, and homely environment, with personalised care and support available onsite. This ensures resident needs are continually met, allowing them to maintain as much independence as possible.

To find your local service, please see our local service search.

Supported Housing

Residents in supported housing either rent a bedroom under a licence agreement or a flat under a tenancy agreement while receiving support to build confidence and develop essential life skills for independent living.

Each individual is responsible for their own bills and living costs, which are typically covered by the benefits they receive and can be supplemented by earnings from employment.

Brook House

Supported Housing with Care

These services are similar to supported housing but are registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), allowing our teams to provide personal care. They are designed for individuals with medium to higher-level support needs who hold their own tenancy.

Residents may move into these services if they require some level of care but wish to live more independently—such as those transitioning from family homes or moving on from residential care.

Whether someone needs support to live independently or assistance with more complex care needs, we offer housing options to suit their circumstances and are here to help every step of the way.

Our goal is to ensure that everyone living in our services feels truly at home, with a living environment that meets their needs and a supportive team to guide them toward greater independence.
