At Peace Nest Care Homes Ltd, we’re proud of our compassionate, skilled team dedicated to delivering high-quality care. Each home is led by experienced Registered and Deputy Managers, supported by a proactive Head Office team providing strategic and operational oversight.

Founded in 2024, Peace Nest was established to offer exceptional, person-centred care for adults with learning disabilities and the elderly rooted in compassion, excellence, and a family-like ethos that continues to define our approach Today.

Backed by over a decade of experience in health and social care, including work in the NHS, our founding leadership team brings expertise in both clinical and operational disciplines. Their qualifications include a Master’s degree, a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management, and ongoing doctoral research further deepening their expertise.

Our founding team also oversee operations, quality, finance and strategic growth. Their leadership has been instrumental in building partnerships, managing change, and driving service development. Most importantly, they value and celebrate the dedication of every team member. Building Careers at Peace Nest

At Peace Nest Care Homes Ltd, we believe that investing in our staff is essential to providing exceptional, person-centred care.

Our "From Potential to Progression" approach focuses on developing our team from within.

We partner with trusted training providers to offer sector-specific Health and Social Care qualifications, including NVQs tailored to adult social care. Many of our staff have advanced from Support Workers to Senior roles, including Team Leaders, Deputy Managers, and Registered Managers. As we grow, we are proud to support team members transitioning into Service Manager positions within Peace Nest.

For those joining us without a relevant qualification, we ensure enrolment in the appropriate Level 2 or Level 3 Health & Social Care diploma. For those already qualified, we support progression to higher levels, such as from Level 3 to Level 4 or Level 4 to Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Adult Care.

Beyond formal qualifications, we offer regular one-to-one mentoring, supervision, and personal development planning, ensuring every team member is guided and supported throughout their career journey.
