Our Mission, Vision & Core Values

Peace Nest Care Homes is a warm and compassionate supported living service dedicated to providing exceptional care to individuals who face challenges in their daily lives. We also offer tailored support with tasks and activities within their homes and the surrounding community. By embracing a person-centred approach, we empower individuals to make choices and maintain independence.

“Empowering individuals through exceptional care delivered by compassionate professionals in top-quality homes.”

At Peace Nest Care Homes, everything we do is shaped by the needs, abilities, and aspirations of our residents not by the preferences of staff, management, or any other group. Our approach is centered on creating individualised Care and Support Plans, Risk Assessments, Hospital Passports, and Health Action Plans for each resident. These tools ensure the delivery of effective, person-centered care by addressing the unique needs and preferences of every individual we support.

Our Vision for the Future

“To continue providing high-quality, dynamic supported living that effectively meets needs through flexible and efficient care delivery. In addition, to continue promoting independence by leveraging local resources, assistive technology, and strengths-based practices to achieve co-produced, person-centred outcomes.”

Our Aim

At Peace Nest Care Homes, we aim to provide an exceptional level of care that supports the personal and social well-being of each resident. Our approach ensures that care is tailored to individual needs, respecting personal preferences and involving families in all adjustments and changes to care and support plans.

We uphold the highest professional standards, guided by our core values, to provide compassionate and person-centred care. Our goal is to enhance and sustain the quality of life for every individual in our care, fostering independence, dignity, and well-being.
